   • Affiliates earn 50% of the sale amount after a 20% expense deduction (equal to 40% of the total sale price).
   • The week starts on Monday at 12:00 AM and ends on Sunday at 11:59 PM.
   • Payments are made every Friday for the previous week’s verified sales.
   • Payments will be sent via the Affiliate’s selected method (e.g., PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, or other approved methods).

2. 2. Tracking & Validation

   • All referrals are tracked by a unique affiliate code through the official affiliate app, where affiliates can view clicks, referrals, and sales in real time.
   • The app allows affiliates to verify every sale made using their code.
   • Only confirmed, completed, and paid sales are eligible for commission.
   • The Company reserves the right to review and verify all transactions before issuing payment.

3. 3. Promotion Rules

   • Affiliates may promote Everything Haitian Tube using approved promotional materials.
   • Misleading, deceptive, or spam advertising is strictly prohibited.
   • Affiliates may not represent themselves as official employees or direct representatives of the Company.

4. 4. Termination

   • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
   • Any unpaid commissions for verified sales up to the termination date will still be paid.

5. 5. Independent Contractor Status

   • Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees of the Company.
   • The Company is not responsible for taxes, insurance, or other legal obligations related to affiliate earnings.

6. 6. Changes to the Program

   • The Company may change, update, or terminate the program or its terms at any time, with notice provided via email or website posting.

Ce Contrat de Partenariat d’Affiliation (« Contrat ») est conclu entre Everything Haitian Tube (« la Société ») et la personne ou entité qui s’inscrit au Programme Partenaire Everything Haitian Tube (« l’Affilié »).

   • Les affiliés gagnent 50 % du montant des ventes après une déduction de 20 % pour les dépenses (soit 40 % du total de la vente).
   • La semaine commence le lundi à 12:00AM et se termine le dimanche à 11:59 PM.
   • Les paiements sont effectués chaque vendredi pour les ventes vérifiées de la semaine précédente.
   • Les paiements sont envoyés par la méthode choisie par l’affilié (ex. : PayPal, CashApp, Zelle ou toute autre méthode approuvée).

2. 2. Suivi et Validation

   • Toutes les références sont suivies via un code d’affiliation unique dans l’application d’affiliation officielle, où les affiliés peuvent consulter leurs clics, références et ventes en temps réel.
   • L’application permet aux affiliés de vérifier chaque vente effectuée avec leur code.
   • Seules les ventes confirmées, finalisées et payées donnent droit à une commission.
   • La Société se réserve le droit de vérifier toutes les transactions avant d’effectuer un paiement.

3. 3. Règles de Promotion

   • Les affiliés peuvent promouvoir Everything Haitian Tube en utilisant du matériel promotionnel approuvé.
   • Toute publicité trompeuse, mensongère ou de type spam est strictement interdite.
   • Les affiliés ne peuvent pas se présenter comme employés ou représentants officiels de la Société.

4. 4. Résiliation

   • Chaque partie peut résilier ce Contrat à tout moment avec un avis écrit.
   • Toutes les commissions dues pour les ventes vérifiées jusqu’à la date de résiliation seront payées.

5. 5. Statut de Travailleur Indépendant

   • Les affiliés sont des travailleurs indépendants, non des employés de la Société.
   • La Société n’est pas responsable des taxes, assurances ou autres obligations légales liées aux gains des affiliés.

6. 6. Modifications du Programme

   • La Société peut modifier, mettre à jour ou mettre fin au programme ou à ses conditions à tout moment, avec notification par e-mail ou publication sur le site web.
